After beauty school, they each trained (in the art of technique and people) on the Upper East Side—Kat with Bumble & Bumble, Redken, and Wella; and Sarah Leah with Wella, Kerastase, Oribe, and Goldwell. Today, with more than a decade in the industry under their belts, packed appointments and countless transformative makeovers, the two have set out on a new adventure as boss babes and co-founders of this new hair-hotspot.
